PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mixer truck which is excellent in traveling performance on an inclined road or an irregular road, can reduce shocks in traveling, and travel even on rugged mud by employing rubber rollers as a carrying part. SOLUTION: In the concrete mixer truck, the carrying part driven by a drive source is disposed under the base, a mixing drum rotatable by the drive source is disposed on the upper part of the base, and concrete inside of the mixing drum and water or the like can be mixed.
