PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a lubricating and cooling device in a die apparatus and to reduce the consumption of lubricator. SOLUTION: Flowing passages (11, 15) for lubricator and a flowing passage for coolant, are mutually separated and nozzles (17) designed for spraying the lubricator into the lubricator flowing passages are allotted and nozzles (20, 21) designed for spraying the coolant into the coolant flowing passage, are allotted. Further, the flowing passages (11, 15) for lubricator and the flowing passage (10)for coolant, are arranged in a common housing (1) capable to fit to a guide arm (14) which can shift in the opened die apparatus.
