PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester resin composition excellent in crystallization kinetic and foamability, and to provide foamed sheets and molded products thereof. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester resin composition comprises following five ingredients. Wherein the five ingredients are (A) an aliphatic polyester, (B) an organized lamellar silicate obtained by treating a lamellar silicate with an organic onium salt, (C) talc, (D) a nonionic surfactant and (E) a vinyl polymer comprising as a constituent unit a monomer unit having a functional group reactive with carboxy or hydroxy.
