[PROBLEMS] To provide a bispecific antibody which is structurally stable and capable of exerting a sufficient effect singly without resorting to the coadministration of activated lymphocytes (T-LAK). [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A humanized high functional bispecific antibody which comprises a humanized variable region of the H chain (5H) and a humanized variable region of the L chain (5L) of an antihuman epithelial cell growth factor receptor 1 antibody 528 and a humanized variable region of the H chain (OH) and a humanized variable region of the L chain (OL) of an anti-CD3 antibody OKT3 and has any one of the structures represented by (i) to (vi) as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that the above-described 5H, 5L, OH and OL are respectively the amino acid sequences represented by SEQ ID NO:25, SEQ ID NO:26, SEQ ID NO:27 and SEQ ID NO:28.
