A communication system, a server, a client server and a communicating method are provided with reliable features in which users themselves do not need to manage a template referred to at user authentication, authentication data are not checked by a client terminal device in order to reduce a processing load imposed on the client terminal device, and stronger security function than before is installed. A client terminal device (1) acquires user inherent information and generates user identification information (26). The client terminal device converts the user identification information (26) and transmits the converted data to a server (2). The server (2) receives the data-converted user identification information (29) and compares a template (21) for checking the user identification information with user identification information (32). When authentication with the user identification information (26) and bilateral authentication between the client terminal device (1) and the server (2) are accepted, the authentication is judged to be accepted.
