A heating appliance for cooking is provided to reduce the time until starting heating a heating device when a cooking load is inputted and a temperature is decreased. A heating appliance for cooking includes more than two temperature sensors(4,5), a heating device(6), and a controlling device(8). The temperature sensors(4,5) are installed at the lower surface of a top plate(3) on which a cooking vessel(1) is located. The heating device(6) is installed at the lower surface of the top plate(3), and heats the cooking vessel(1). The controlling device(8) controls the heating device(6) based on information about temperature of the temperature sensors(4,5). The controlling device(8) performs the control regarding the maximum temperature based on the information of temperature of the temperature sensor(4,5) which detects the highest temperature among more than two temperature sensors(4,5), and performs the control regarding the minimum temperature based on the temperature information of the temperature sensor(4,5) which detects the lowest temperature among more than two temperature sensors(4,5). |
