<p>The use of ginsenoside Rb<SUB>2</SUB> in the manufacture of medicaments for thrombolysis, anti-ischemic reperfusion injury, ameliorating microcirculation, assisting to repair tissues and cells injured, improving physiological condition topically or systematically. Ginsenoside Rb<SUB>2</SUB> has an effect on thrombolysis meanwhile decreasing the blooding time; it can treat wide diseases related to the disorder of microcirculation, such as chronic coronary artery disease, vasculitis, vascular embolism, Raynaud's disease, eyeground capillary vessel diseases et al. The medicaments can be in the form of injection, tablets, dissolved medicines or capsules. According to a basic embodiment of the invention, the purity of ginsenoside Rb<SUB>2</SUB> is about 80%, the rest components are essentially Rb<SUB>1</SUB> and Rb<SUB>3</SUB> in the range of about 10%; or ginsenside Rb<SUB>2</SUB> monomer in the purity of 90% or more.</p> |
