FIELD: pipeline transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of transport pipelines designed mainly for transportation of oil and oil products, and it can be used for shutting off pipeline for repair with replacement of faulty section. Outer surface of bowl-like collar adjoining pipeline wall is provided with teeth and ring made of abrasive material. Seats for spring tape are made on inner surface of collar. One end of tape is hinge connected with levers, and other end is provided with catch and corrugated lining tape. Levers are hinge-interconnected, and on end of lever clamping screw with nut is hinge-mounted, on end of which cable is secured. After termination of welding works spring tapes are extracted by said cable, and device is taken out of pipeline. ^ EFFECT: enlarged range of technical means. ^ 3 dwg
