A sheet (3) includes traces (5, 6) of a contour of the implant, where the sheet is one surface of a rectangular envelope (2). The sheet is placed on a surface of the panel and is associated with the panel, such that a practitioner forms the implant by cutting an assembly constituted by the sheet and the panel along the traces and by withdrawing a cut portion of the sheet.</p> |
