Mincer

The mincer has knife sets (a, b, c), and a cutter spindle (4) rotatably stored in a housing (8), where each knife set includes a perforated disk (9) and a cutter head (10). An adjusting device is provided to adjust the distance between the knives of the cutter heads and the perforated disks. Stop rings (11) that are held torque proof are axially fixed at the respective perforated disks. The cutter heads are subdivided into front and back groups with respect to the direction of flow of cut products. A control rod (19) is provided on one side of the adjusting device and engaged at a control housing (18) for the front group. A control drive (5) is provided on the other side of the adjusting device.
