<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of stagnating points of ink liquid on both sides of a substrate when the ink liquid is applied and spread over the entire surface of the substrate by a plate or roller. <P>SOLUTION: Bearings 2 and 2 are installed vertically on both sides of a table 1 and grooves 3 and 3 of a vertical direction are disposed at the bearings 2 and 2. Both ends of a shaft 5 of a shell plate 4 are dropped therein, by which the shaft 5 of the shell plate 4 is loosely fitted into the right and left bearings 2 and 2. The bearings 2 and 2 are horizontal movably constituted and are connected to a horizontal moving means (not shown in figure). The substrate 6 is placed on the table 1 and a plate 7 broader than the substrate 6 is attached to the shell plate 4. The plate 7 is designed for flexography and is made the same in the height of a printing section A at the center and non-printing sections B at both ends, by which relieves are eliminated. A number of fine grooves (a) are inscribed in the printing section A along the printing direction. Weights 8 and 8 equal in weight on the right and left are attached to both sides of the shaft 5 of the shell plate 4 and the force acting between the plate 7 and the substrate 6 is thereby regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
