Heat insulation composite system for interior insulation of buildings

Heat insulating composite system comprises an insulating material plate (5-300 mm thickness), which is equipped with one- or double-sided reversible water storing layer with a thickness of 1-150 mm. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing reversible water storing layer comprising providing a mixture of 5-50 wt.% of a water absorbing polymer and 95-50 wt.% of foamed material particle and welding with hot air or water vapor; (2) a heat insulating plate, obtained by the above process; and (3) preparing heat insulating composite system comprising providing a mixture of water absorbing polymer and foamed material particle for forming the reversible water storing layer, subsequently applying a further layer of foamed material particle and welding with hot air or water vapor to the heat composite system.
