Sheathed electrical lead with elbow connector and manufacturing method thereof

The harness has a thermoshrinkable tubular sleeve integrated to a part of conductors (22-24) extending inside a bent body or envelope (13). The sleeve is configured to co-operate with the bent body or envelope. A welding allowance permits the conductors to spin or twist, where the conductors are regrouped for forming a branch of wiring harness. The branch is protected by an electromechanical shielding braid (40) integrated to a cylindrical sleeve shaped end (31) of the bent body or envelope. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a sheathed electrical/optical wiring harness.
