摘要 <p>The combing machine comprises a comb head (1), which exhibits a pincer unit (2), which is pivotably mounted around an axis for the implementation of a back and forth motion and with a rotatably-mounted pincer shaft (22), which runs parallel to the axis and to which a swivel arm (18) is non-rotatably secured, which is drive-connected with the pincer unit via swivel axis (17), and balance weights (24) intended in the area of the swivel arms and the pincer shaft for the compensation of the inertial mass of the pincer unit. The combing machine comprises a comb head (1), which exhibits a pincer unit (2), which is pivotably mounted around an axis for the implementation of a back and forth motion and with a rotatably-mounted pincer shaft (22), which runs parallel to the axis and to which a swivel arm (18) is non-rotatably secured, which is drive-connected with the pincer unit via swivel axis (17), and balance weights (24) intended in the area of the swivel arms and the pincer shaft for the compensation of the inertial mass of the pincer unit. The balance weights are formed or attached in such a manner that the distance of the center of gravity of the respective balance weight to the rotation axis of the pincer shaft is 35-60 mm. The balance weight is assigned to every pincer unit. The length, when seen along the direction of the rotational axis of the pincer shaft, is 1.5 to 5-times the width of the balance weight. The balance weight, when seen along the longitudinal direction, along a subrange, lies above the surface of pincer shaft and is connected with the same by fastening mechanism. The bearing surface of the balance weight circumferentially braces the pincer shaft at an angle 45-180[deg] and are intended at the terminal regions of the balance weight. Further sub-sections of the bearing surfaces are intended between the bearing surfaces at the terminal regions of the balance weight. The fastening mechanisms are intended at each of the bearing surfaces of the balance weight and are implemented as clamping mechanisms, which lie upon the circumferential region of the pincer shaft lying opposite to the balance weight. The clamping mechanisms are composed of semi-hemispherical elements, which are connected with the balance weight with the help of fastening mechanism and of clamping bolts, which enclose the pincer shaft in a half-bearing manner and are connected at both the ends of the balance weight. The balance weight is connected directly with the pincer shaft by screw joints. Screw holes in the balance weight and threaded holes in the pincer shaft are intended for the screw joints. Two swivel arms are arranged at a distance to one another and are connected with the pincer unit via swivel axis. The balance element is attached essentially in the region between the two swivel arms, when seen along the longitudinal direction and is connected at its ends with the respective arm. The length of the balance element is larger than the clearance distance between the swivel arms and an end of the balance weight protrudes by a measure more than the distance of the external boundary of the swivel arms, when seen along the longitudinal direction of the pincer shaft. The pincer shaft along a subrange of its length exhibits an additional element. The additional element is composed of two semi-hemispherical elements, which are clamped against one another with the help of fastening device and partially lie upon the pincer shaft along the direction of their longitudinal axis and enclose the pincer shaft.</p>
