<p>An antitumor agent, a medicine, which is useful for the treatment or prevention of digestive cancer, leukemia, pituitary tumor, small-cell lung cancer, thyroid cancer, and neuroastrocytic tumor. The antitumor agent contains as an active ingredient either a 1,5-benzodiazepine derivative represented by the general formula (1): (wherein R<sup>1</sup> represents C<sub>1-6</sub> alkyl; R<sup>2</sup> represents phenyl or cyclohexyl; and Y represents a single bond or C<sub>1-4</sub> alkylene) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.</p> |
