PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion table creation method for reducing time and labor required for creating a conversion table that is used to generate a program for inspecting a mounted substrate used by a mounted substrate inspection apparatus, and for easily creating the conversion table. SOLUTION: Based on the coincidence between an actual measurement component coordinates contained in the program for inspecting the mounting substrate and design component coordinates contained in CAD data, component identification information regarding each component is allowed to correspond to inspection reference information of the component, thus creating the conversion table. |
