<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store in a data storage part excluding an unnecessary wave component, concerning a DRFM device for storing a received wave as a digital waveform signal. <P>SOLUTION: In this DRFM device 1, the received wave is converted into the digital waveform signal by an A/D conversion part 2 and then stored in the data storage part 4. During a period when measured frequency data of the received wave measured by an IFM device 8 or the like and desired frequency data from an analytical/control device 9 or the like are compared together by a discrimination determination part 6 and agree with each other, a data discrimination part 3 is controlled, and the digital waveform signal is inputted and stored in the data storage part 4.
