The vaporizing process uses an input system (4, 5, 11, 13) for an oxygen-enriched input fluid. Indirect heat transfer takes place in a vaporizer (3) with vaporizing passages. After partial vaporization, oxygen-enriched gas (15) and some of the fluid are removed. The remaining fluid is the circulating fluid. The pumping device (6) for the circulating fluid has an induction device for lifting air (7, 9).
