Gas-distribution station with power plant has main pipeline with a reducing unit, gas-turbine engine with heat exchanger-utilizer at the inlet and turbo-expander with electric generator; this is kinematically connected to gas-turbine engine. The station is equipped with gas heater connected by heat carrier to the input and the output of the heat exchanger-utilizer, and by the media being heated, respectively, by the inlet - to the main pipeline before the reducing unit, and by the output - to the main gas pipeline behind the reducing unit.
