A device for the therapeutic breathing comprises the container with the openings at the bottom and at the top, the metering appliance, and the respiratory element. The metering appliance is designed as two hollow cylinders, which are axially aligned allowing for rotating the internal cylinder within the external one. The bottom of the internal cylinder rests against the bottom of the external one. The bottom openings in both cylinders locate eccentrically being displaced one relative to another at the starting position of the metering appliance. Furthermore, the through arched grooves made in the bottoms of both cylinders are also aligned one relative to another.
