METHOD FOR INDIVIDUAL ESTIMATION OF PROBABILITY FOR DEVELOPING EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION

The method for individual estimation of the probability for developing the emotional exhaustion comprises the assessment of the psychophysiological state of the body with the aid of the spectral analysis of the dynamic series of cardiointervals. The spectral characteristics of the heart rhythm as well as the heart rate within 3-5 minutes and blood pressure are estimated. The integral index characteristic of the probability of the emotional exhaustion is finally calculated.
