A method of fastening objects comprising at least one slab, for example a hinged shelf, to a wall fastener consists in that the object is fixed to the wall fastener by means of two cords, which are connected with the slab by means of holders. Four reach-through holes and four closed holes are made in the slab, in what connection the reach-through holes are made in such a manner that they come out onto the upper side of the slab and the lower side thereof, and the reach-through holes are arranged by pairs at a small distance from two opposite sides of the slab, the close holes are made in such a manner that they come out onto the two opposite sides of the slab by pairs and each of the close holes intercrosses a reach-through hole. Each of the cords is made with a loop, which is fixed on the wall fastener, each of the cords is connected with the slab by means of passing the two ends of each of the cords through paired reach-through holes arranged close to one of the two opposite sides of the slab, introducing the holders into the closed holes and the further fixation of the cords by means of pressing a cord to the wall of a reach-through hole by the end of the holder or of passing the end of the holder through the cord.
