摘要

A mechanism for crucibleless zone melting rods from semiconductor materials with heater in the form of electron gun contains cavitary body, in which concentrically disposed circular cathode with concave emission surface, circular anode with slot for passing electron beam and circular magnetic coils are installed on edge walls of body at equal distance from the plane of symmetry. In out of anode space at the level of anode slot screen with flange is disposed. Emission surface of cathode and inverted to it anode surface are screened with inserts of melted material.
