A probe for RF aesthetic, subcutaneous treatments is provided with an electrode capable of being inserted below the cutaneous surface so that the RF energy is applied directly to the subcutaneous tissues. The electrode has at its distal end a cutting edge which is not a sharp edge but is bevelled or cut so as to show a thin face parallel or inclined to its longitudinal axis. With such an arrangement, the waste due to the crossing of the skin is reduced, and the RF energy can be applied to desired lines or paths of treatment so that real fibrotic ways are provided. |
