A granulator contains a housing with a branch pipe for introduction of fusion cake or suspension, an unit of bearings, in which an external hollow shaft with pulley for drive is installed, on the external hollow shaft a rotary cylindrical chamber is installed with a perforated bottom, which has a flange joint, in which the openings of discharge are made which are located on different height and at different distance from the rotational axis of rotary cylindrical chamber in such a way that the axes of the openings of discharge are directed toward different sides at different angles to the horizon, a vibrator and a stock with emitting disk. In the unit of bearings along the axis of external hollow shaft an internal shaft with a pulley for drive is additionally installed. On the internal shaft inside perforated bottom with a clearance from it the radial blades are located which are made with possibility of rotation at another speed than perforated bottom. The vibrator is located on the cylindrical chamber.
