A pneumatic pump has two same hydro-cylinders with pistons and sealing elements, each of those is equipped with pump-in and suction hydro-lines with back valves and lines for supply and draining of compressed air installed in those. Piston of each pneumatic-hydro-cylinder separates last one to pneumatic and hydraulic cavities, in lines for supply and discharge of compressed gas electro-pneumatic valves are installed. Pneumatic-hydro-cylinders are equipped with sensors of end position of pistons, and electro-pneumatic valves are connected to indicators of end position of pistons through electric control block. Each piston has rod at side of pneumatic cavity and draining cavity between sealing elements, this is connected to environment with channel provided inside the rod. Draining lines of pneumatic cavities have at outlet common safety valve. Pneumatic cavities have as well jet installed before safety valve. Such implementation of pneumatic pump makes it possible to remove completely pressure gaps of working liquid at outlet of supercharge hydro-lines and provides reliable operation of tightening elements of piston.
