An involute gearing consists of bevel pinion and cylindrical wheel with teeth placed on those, those form point contact at engagement with each other. Gear wheel is made conical, at that angle of initial (dividing) cone of pinion is ?1?0,01 radian, and angle of pitch (reference) cone of wheel is ?2??1. At that standard height of teeth of pinion and wheel h=2.25m diminishes from one end of gearing to another end by linear law, it comes to minimal values equal to h DEGREE min = h-bw?1/2 for pinion and hk min = h-bw?2/2 for wheel where bw - width of gear wheels; m -module. Besides that points of intersection of generatrixes of surfaces of gear and wheel tapers with axles of rotation of those are placed at left or at right relative to ends of gearing depending on direction of angles ?1 and ?2.
