Compounds of the Formula (I), wherein X is N, CH n is an integer from 1-3; and R' and R are independently, alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, with the proviso that when n is 1, X is not N; are useful for inhibiting vascular permeability caused by disease, injury, or other trauma. I
