A method for cryopreserving of an organotypic culture of testis culture of newborn pigs relates to the field of cryobiology and cryomedicine and can be used in practical medicine. According to the method, the organotypic testis culture of the newborn pigs is incubated for 10 min in a solution of 10 % DMSO, programme freezing up to a temperature of -40 DEGREE C is carried out with a rate of 5 DEGREE C/min, thereafter it is merged into liquid nitrogen.
