The bookshelf has a supported frame and shelves. The frame has one or multiple superimposed modular bodies. Each one of the superimposed bodies is formed by one or multiple elements obtained from parts of cardboard or similar cardboards, cuts, porters and folded laminar portions. Each modular element has two vertical columns and a cross piece of union between the columns. Each column is hollow and constituted by prismatic configuration, folds and mutually determined contiguous longitudinal fins. A strip prepared in a vertical plane between each adjacent column forms each cross piece.
