The element is composed of two or more glass plates and a transparent material is fused or pressed between the plates and engraved by any design or form. The engravings are treated with deposited luminous salts, along with their electrodes of ionization that are engraved within ion channels, or in the perimeter of the piece. The engravings remain sealed and refilled with noble gases or suitable vapours. The element is provided with an electronic circuit that ionizes gases or vapours in engraving producing a fluorescence in the engraving or energy oscillating plasma forms in all engravings.
