A chamber containing bone-cement adjoins the housing (2) in which a shaft (8) moves longitudinally. The distal end of the shaft has a piston (20)inside the chamber. The piston pushes the bone cement at high pressure through an outlet in the chamber which is detachable from the housing which by means of a fastening (7) on the housing. The distal end of the shaft has a coupling (16) which, in a coupling position, joins he piston and shaft and, in a release position, detaches them.
