A multipurpose ring-shaped exercising device is provided to enable a user to do various exercising at any time and at anywhere conveniently and freely by using an elastic tube and to help him to maintain good health. A multipurpose ring-shaped exercising device includes a pipe(10), an elastic member(40), a connection member(20) and a fastening ring(30). The pipe(10) has elastic force, and has the shape of an empty tube. The elastic member(40) is inserted into the pipe. The connection member(20) includes an insertion portion(24) and a support portion(22). The insertion portion is inserted into one and the other end of the pipe. The support portion(22) supports the insertion portion. The fastening ring(30) is inserted into one and the other end of the pipe(10).
