The device for manufacturing a shrimp fritter made of coating device (3) associated with a cooking device (2), where the coating device having a notch (3c) for installation of food to be coated, a handle (3a) actuating a wheel (3b) having a grip for gripping the food, nozzle for coating, which is connected to a pump, and an oil well in connection with an oil bath constituting the cooking device. The pump is connected to storage tank of fritter batter. The oil bath is made up of two slabs in which the slabs have a hole for raising the coated food.
