A simulated diagnosis system of a control board of a CEDMCS(Control Element Drive Mechanism Control System) is provided to inspect and diagnose the abnormal state and the cause of errors of the CEDMCS without complicated processes. A simulated diagnosis system(100) of a control board of a CEDMCS includes a control board simulation performing set(300), a control board diagnosing set(200), a control board simulation performing unit(400), a simulation power supplying unit(500), and a control board simulation controlling unit(600). The control board simulation performing set(300) is loaded with a control board, and performs a simulation under the same signal inputting/outputting environment as a real power plant. The control board diagnosing set(200) is electrically connected with the control board simulation performing set(300), records and analyzes the simulation state of the control board, and diagnoses and manages the abnormal state of the control board. The control board simulation performing unit(400) is loaded with the control board, simulates the control board, collects the simulation state of the corresponding control board, and outputs the state to the control board diagnosing set(200). The simulation power supplying unit(500) is electrically connected with the control board simulation performing unit(400), and supplies power for the simulation of the control board. The control board simulation controlling unit(600) is electrically connected with the control board simulation performing unit(400), and outputs a simulation control signal to make the control board simulate equally to the real power plant environment.
