Outer wall fixing members(120) are formed at the lower portion of the outer wall installation members(110) to fix the outer wall of the lower floor. A loading box(130) is formed outwardly at the upper portion of the outer wall installation members(110) to receive construction materials and equipment. Reinforced supports(140) connect the outer wall installation members(110) to the loading box(130) in the oblique direction.
