A METHOD AND SYSTEM TO REMOVE EARTH MAGNETIC FIELD FOR MAGNETIC GUIDANCE SYSTEM OF AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLE

A terrestrial magnetic field removing method and a device for a magnetic field guidance system of an AGV(Automated Guided vehicle) are provided to eliminate a terrestrial magnetic field acting as disturbance by analyzing the distance relation of a magnet and a sensor exactly by measuring the magnetic field of the magnets buried under the road at regular intervals through a magnetic field sensor. A terrestrial magnetic field removing method and a device for a magnetic field guidance system of an AGV analyzes the position relation of a magnet and a sensor exactly by measuring the magnetic field of the magnet and removes terrestrial magnetic field components. In a graph of a vertical component magnetic field(Bz) and dispersion of the vertical component magnetic field, a dispersion value of the vertical component magnetic field is increased if the vertical component magnetic field is a valley value or a peak value, and gets closer to zero if the vertical component magnetic field is a ground value. The dispersion value of the vertical component magnetic field below a predetermined threshold value is used as detection conditions of a ground value.
