A charge/discharge jig of a battery and a capacitor is provided to improve productivity by simultaneously charging and discharging a plurality of batteries and capacitors. A charge/discharge jig of a battery and a capacitor includes guide rails(103), linear motion devices(104), a lifting bar(105), connecting axes(120), a lifting piece(119), a lifting axis(118), a lifting device, a fixing bar(107), a plurality of charging/discharging devices(121), and a supporting piece(109). The guide rails(103) are fixed to both sides of a supporting plate(101). The linear motion devices(104) are coupled with the guiding rails(103). The lifting bar(105) is connected with the linear motion devices(104) by a connecting piece(111), and performs a linear motion with the linear motion devices(104). The connecting axes(120) are installed downward at both sides of a connecting bar(106) coupled at a center of the lifting bar(105). The lifting piece(119) is coupled at a lower end of the connecting axis(120), and connects the connecting axes(120). The lifting axis(118) is coupled with an upper part of the lifting piece(119), and lifts the lifting piece(119) according to a lifting movement. The lifting device of the lifting axis(118) lifts the lifting axis(118) up and down. The fixing bar(107) is fixed at a lower part of the supporting plate(101) to lift the lifting piece(119), and has a through hole(108) at a middle part. The plurality of charging/discharging devices(121) are formed to face the fixing bar(107) and the lifting bar(105), and simultaneously charge and discharge a plurality of batteries and capacitors(131). The supporting piece(109) has a plurality of supporting grooves(110) coupled with a center of the supporting plate(101) to support the battery and the capacitor(131).
