DRAIN HOSE FOR REFRIGERATOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

A drain hose of a refrigerator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize contact area between a heat wire and a hose member, and to improve surface contact condition, and to efficiently prevent defrost water from being froze in a drain hose. A drain hose(1) of a refrigerator comprises a heat wire(20) and a hose member(10). The hose member includes an embedded groove concaved from the outside of a wall surface in a constant section toward the center so that the heat wire is connected to the wall surface in surface contact condition. The heat wire and hose member with each other are integrally combined simultaneously while the hose member is formed by blowing.
