An oxygen dissolving apparatus which easily dissolves oxygen into water, stably guides and discharges oxygen dissolved water, obtains stable oxygen dissolved water even at a low cost by increasing the contact ratio of water and oxygen through a dissolving means constructed in multistage is provided. In an oxygen dissolving apparatus comprising: a pressure tank(10) into which water is supplied, which has an oxygen dissolving unit installed therein to dissolve oxygen into water, and from which the oxygen dissolved water is discharged; an oxygen supply part supplying oxygen into the pressure tank; a water supply part supplying water into the pressure tank; and a stabilization induction part(40) which is connected to the pressure tank by a discharge pipe(14), and in which a plurality of guide plates(42) are formed in a predetermined distance, the oxygen dissolving apparatus is characterized in that: the oxygen dissolving means includes a plurality of impellers(50) driven by a motor(51) installed at one side of the pressure tank, a water spray plate(52) distanced from the rear of the impellers in a predetermined distance to spray water onto an inner peripheral surface of the pressure tank, a plurality of partition plates(54) spaced from the rear of the water spray plate, an aeration generating plate(56) installed between the partition plates, and a flow induction plate installed in rear of a final partition plate among the partition plates; and the guide plates are vertically or slantly projected from upper and lower inner peripheral surfaces of the length direction of the stabilization induction part so as to stabilize water while guiding the water.
