A pouch for preventing detection of color change due to pigment permeation from contents is provided to be used in a microwave oven by excluding an aluminum film and to prevent the contents from being shown. A pouch for a microwave oven prevents detection of color change due to pigment permeation into film layers from contents(10) to be stored in the pouch by forming a milk-white layer between the outermost layer of the film layers and a pigment permeating layer(40) formed in the film layers. The film layers of the pouch comprise a CPP(Cast Polypropylene) film(30) contacting with the contents; a nylon film(50) positioned on the CPP film; a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) or OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene) film positioned on the nylon film; and a transparent deposition PET film(90) disposed on the PET or OPP film. The PET or OPP film positioned on the nylon film is a milk-white PET or OPP film(75).
