An exhaust gas receiver for a large-sized two-stroke diesel engine is provided to equalize the back pressures acting on cylinders by installing a pressure distributing pipe along the exhaust gas receiver. An exhaust gas receiver is divided into adjacent compartments, a distal end compartment, and one or more selective middle compartments along the longitudinal direction. The exhaust gas receiver includes exhaust gas inlets(24) arranged in the longitudinal direction and a pressure distributing pipe(19) extended from one end thereof in the longitudinal direction. The pressure distributing pipe has an outlet for connection with an inlet of a turbo charger(10) adjacent to the one end of the exhaust gas receiver, and connects the outlet to at least two of the compartments.
