INSPECTING SYSTEM OF OIL APPLICATION CONDITION FOR STRIP

A device for inspecting the application of oil on a strip is provided to prevent an accident generated when an inspector approaches the strip and to check the application state of oil over the entire width of the strip. A device for inspecting the application of oil on a strip(10) is composed of an absorbing paper(100) for absorbing the oil sprayed from an oil applicator(20); a longitudinal transfer unit for transferring the absorbing paper in the longitudinal direction of the strip to absorb the oil sprayed from the oil applicator; and a horizontal transfer unit(300) for transferring the absorbing paper in a width direction of the strip. The longitudinal direction of the absorbing paper crosses the transfer direction of the strip. A pair of rollers(110) are combined to wind both ends of the absorbing paper. A rotating motor(120) turns the rollers.
