The device has two identical and symmetrical deflectors installed on a handlebar of a bicycle and provided in front of respective hand of a cyclist, where the device is made of plastic material, carbon fiber and/or composite material. The deflectors deviates the wind from the hands of the cyclist, where dimensions of the deflectors are variable such that the deflector allows access to brakes of the bicycle. The deflectors have a curved pallet shape, and are adapted to the handlebar of the bicycle.
