A rotor of an LSPM(Line Start Permanent Magnet) synchronous motor is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by realizing various motor characteristics to be applied to various products with the same standard. A rotor(100) of an LSPM synchronous motor is rotatably installed inside a stator, and includes a shaft(111), conductors(120), and a permanent magnets(130). The shaft(111) is installed through a shaft hole(112) at the center. The conductors(120) are installed through a plurality of conductor inserting holes(114) formed along the edge. The permanent magnet(130) is installed through a plurality of magnet mounting holes(116) formed between the shaft hole(112) and the conductor inserting holes(114). The permanent magnet(130) is divided into a plurality of segments(130-1 to 130-3) of different magnetizing intensities.
