A muscular strength training equipment using an elastic body is provided to allow the various muscular strength training motions in a stable posture by connecting the equipment to both of every kind of matter, like desk, table or chair, and user's feet or ankle, and to achieve the simple carrying by minimizing the size. A muscular strength training equipment using an elastic body comprises: an elastic body(10), made out of a high elastic rubber string or rubber band, etc.; a pair of grips(11), which are formed in a belt shape and has a fixing unit(111) for building up a fixing hole(110), and both ends of which are connected to or disconnected from each other by using the velcro tapes(112,113a); and a pair of connection members(12), one end of which is connected to the fixing hole(110), and into the other end of which an end of the elastic body(10) is inserted and fixed.
