A supporting device for civil engineering and architecture structures is provided to prevent a hinge shaft from being lost by finishing an insert for the hinge shaft using an open/close member. A supporting device for an architecture structure comprises an upper support(110), a lower support(120) coupled to the upper support and an installation member(130). The installation member includes a hinge hole(132) formed on the lower support, an insert(134) extending from a circumference of the lower support to the hinge hole. A hinge shaft(136) is integrally formed with the upper support and is inserted into the hinge hole. An open/close member(140) is formed on a circumference of the lower support to open/close the inset.
