A structure for blocking noise between floors is provided to completely block noise and vibration by ensuring a space through a sound shielding panel and installing a soundproof sheet at the upper and lower surfaces of the sound shielding panel. A structure for blocking noise between floors comprises a first soundproof sheet(120) stacked on the upper surface of a bottom concrete slab(110). A sound shielding panel(130) has a plurality of noise absorbing grooves at the bottom surface thereof to block noise and vibration and is stacked on the upper surface of the first soundproof sheet(120). A second soundproof sheet(140) is stacked on the upper surface of the sound shielding panel(130). An adhesive sheet(150) has adhesive layers coated on the upper and lower surfaces thereof and adheres to the upper surface of the second soundproof sheet(140). A light weight bubble concrete layer(160) is cast on the upper surface of the adhesive sheet(150).
