An LED(Light Emitting Diode) module is provided to secure a perfect waterproofing effect by making the front surface of a case waterproof and to improve waterproofing and radiation by radiating the internal heat of the case to the rear side through a radiating plate. In an LED module having a substrate(30) installed in an inner space of a case(10), a radiating plate(20) is embedded in a bottom plate of the case at the same time when the case is subject to injection-molding. A rear surface(21) of the radiating plate is protruded rearward further than the rear surface of the bottom plate of the case. A waterproof molding layer(40) makes a front opening of the case waterproof. Recessed grooves(22) are formed at the upper and lower parts of the radiating plate and firmly combined to upper and lower walls of the case. |
