摘要 A laminated metal plate manufacturing method and a laminated metal plate produced by the same are provided to prevent deformation of a metal plate by introducing a low-temperature preheating process and to fuse thermally a fluorine resin film on the metal plate with good contactability and adhesion strength without reforming the fluorine resin film. In a laminated metal plate manufacturing method, an adhesion surface of a metal plate(3) of 0.1~1.00mm that is not pretreated such as degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion, or priming is directly treated by a flame of 1400~1600°C and then a plastic film such as a fluorine resin film(2) is directly pressed and bonded on the metal plate. Before a flame treatment process, the adhesion surface of the metal plate is directly treated by a flame of 900~1200°C for 1~5 seconds to preheat the surface temperature of the adhesion surface at 40~70°C. The temperature of the adhesion surface of the metal plate is heated up to 250~450°C by the flame treatment process.
